New Leaf Organization

The New Leaf Organization is a non-profit Community Management Organization whose mission is to play a major role in the revitalization of the communities it serves by offering an educational option to those at risk of not graduating high school.

Our goal is to work cooperatively with local businesses and organizations to revitalize the educational and economic needs in each community. In doing so, we will offer not only the ability for students at risk of not graduating high school to earn a diploma, but offer work readiness and college preparedness skills for continued growth. This type of human capital investment creates a sustainable workforce for local communities, the United States, and global markets.

Many organizations offering educational opportunities do not reinvest the dollars earned back into local communities or the State. We will create strong, sustainable schools with a concentrated effort on producing  productive citizens, to revitalize local economies through a well-developed workforce and future entrepreneurs.

New Leaf Organization is committed to transparency in our practices and accountability to our students, parents, government authorizers, and the public at-large. As public institutions, our schools are open, welcoming, and responsive to our many stakeholders. Our workplace will be one of collaboration, seeking opportunities to learn from and exchange ideas with our colleagues; investing in our instructors so that they can invest in us.
